$26-$31 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client, a growing distributor in Woburn, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Support Specialist. This onsite role supports both e-commerce operations and Sales Account Managers, ensuring a smooth customer experience from order entry through final fulfillment.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing responsive customer service, and supporting sales activities. This role is key to maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and high customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
